Terms of Service

Welcome to Trusta. By creating a Trusta account or using the Trusta app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional guidelines we publish inside the product.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to hold a Trusta account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during Trusta registration.

2. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Trusta login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans and fees

Trusta earning plans (Mini, Maxi, Mega, Alpha) are one-time activation fees and grant lifetime access to the plan tier's benefits. Fees are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not use bots, fraudulent referrals, or fake engagement to inflate earnings. Violations result in account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed daily between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM WAT to your registered Nigerian bank account. We reserve the right to hold suspicious withdrawals pending review.

6. Limitation of liability

Trusta is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Trusta after changes means you accept the new terms.
